What Is Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training gives you more coaching time with fewer people in the session. You train with one or two others, or bring your spouse or a friend, and each of you follows a plan built for your own body.
With fewer people to coach, your coach can spend more time on form, progressions and the details of your plan, so you move forward safely and steadily. It’s a strong fit for specific goals or a more complex health history.

How It Works
We get to know you first, then match you with a session time and training partners that suit your goals.

Meet a coach and talk through your goals, history and who you’d like to train with.
Step 2
A simple assessment shows how you move and what to focus on first.
Step 3
Each person in the session gets a program built around their body and goals.
Step 4
Train two or three times a week with close coaching and regular check-ins.
